- [FIX] If there someone not use the right new syntax for DISABLECRCCWS_ONLY_FOR: , the server won't start.

- [FIX] Show current Config ============ DISABLECRCCWS ============= will show the right values now.

- [FIX] If there is no DISABLECRCCWS option defined in config then it will take palce a default hardcoded list with these caids 098C:000000, 09C4:000000, 098D:000000, 1811:003311, 1811:023311, 1811:003315, 1811:003341, 1811:00331B, 1811:000007, 1811:000107, 0500:030B00, 0500:050F00, 1817:00006A, 1818:00006C, 1818:000007, 1819:00006D, 1819:000007, 0E00:000000, 1884:000000, 1708:000000, 1709:000000, 1841:000000

- [CLN] removed complete cacheex module not to have problems with oscam.
